Work began with mass earthworks to level and prepare the site, followed by the installation of deep granular bases and reinforced concrete lanes designed for heavy cattle traffic and equipment. Long, straight concrete pours formed feed alleys and service roads, while parallel concrete walls and curbs established feed bunks, traffic separation, and manure handling corridors.
Once the groundwork was complete, the long-span timber barn structure was erected in stages. Posts, bracing, and trusses were set over the concrete foundations, creating the wide, open footprint required for cow comfort, ventilation, and clear sightlines. Roof framing followed, enclosing the structure and preparing it for cladding and mechanical systems. The final images showed the facility in use, demonstrating how early precision in grading, concrete work, and structural construction translated into efficient feeding, smooth animal movement, and day-to-day dairy operations.
